Ripped Pants In London - From QUEEN To High Drama

On July 12, 2012 during the second of three QUEEN+Adam Lambert concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, Adam came down from the stage in the middle of the song "I Want To Break Free" to interact with the audience. On his way back to the stage he ripped the back of his leather pants. Go to 3m15s into the video for the exact moment!

Then he joked about it, and incorporated the mishap in the song. Following the band's motto "The Show Must Go On", he did not fix this wardrobe malfunction until the planned costume change several songs later.

3,882 days later, on February 27, 2023 at the first High Drama concert celebrating the release of his fifth studio album at the KOKO in London, Adam once again ripped his pants, this time while jumping during the song "Sex On Fire".

The issue was not obvious thanks to the long leather coat he was wearing, but he immediately announced it to the audience as a FULL CIRCLE MOMENT(!!!) as it also coincided with the first QUEEN song on the setlist - "Another One Bites The Dust"! May we suggest "Another Pair Bites The Dust" as an alternative title?

This Full Circle Moment is remarkable for being immediately labeled as such by the artist himself!

While funny, it also illustrates the professionalism and self-deprecating humor of Adam Lambert.
